TURNING IN ORDERS

Please follow all instructions listed below for turning in orders and payment!

Sell your product & Collect Money:

• Family and friends can send you money for their coffee products however they like (cash, check, Cash App, Venmo, etc)

• Keep track of the funds you receive and how much your customers give you.

Submit your order:

• Using your records, tally up the total quantities of each product sold.

• Submit your total sold through our online form BY MIDNIGHT on January 19th: ONLINE ORDER SUBMISSION 

• Please do NOT submit more than one order form. Email fundraising@unionbands.com if you need to edit a submitted form.

• We are only able to collect CASH OR CHECK for fundraising sales. No debit or credit card payments.

Turn in money:      

• Sales money is DUE on January 20th at the High School Band Building (RESOURCE NIGHT).

• CASH OR CHECK ONLY: Checks must be made out to UBPC and the student’s full name and grade in the memo line.

• You must ATTEND THE RESOURCE NIGHT on January 20th to hand in your sales money to a Treasury Team Member.

Delivery

Delivery is anticipated the second week of February!
