PLEASE WEAR SOMETHING THAT REPRESENTS THE UNION BAND OR THE SCHOOL DISTRICT WELL. (Redhawks, Union Bands, Renegade Regiment, etc.)

• Friday afternoon

  • 4:00pm workers meeting - BR1 

  • 4:15-6:15pm Work in Groups

  • Prep / Setup Leads

    • McALISTER: signage

    • DWYER: audition rooms

    • COLE: audition rooms 

    • GOMEZ: event chair, judge packets

    • M.BARNES: inside monitors / process

  • Set-up Details
    Take pictures of every UHS classroom prior to setting up the room. Image angle: from doorway. Be sure to document the rooms number of the picture being taken.

    • Meetings - South/Activities Commons (near Media Center)

      • L.BARNES: Inside Monitors

    • Claim Union Bands worker vest as needed. → SIGN OUT A VEST HERE

  • 7:30am South Entry doors open to public

  • 8:00am Audition etude cuts revealed at audition rooms

  • 8:15am Directors/Judges meeting - UHS Media Center

  • 8:15-8:45am Auditionees sign-in at audition rooms

  • 9:00am Auditions begin

  • 11:15am-1:00pm Volunteers lunch served

• Saturday afternoon

  • Times vary -- clean-up / tear-down — approx 2-4pm

    • Refer to pictures taken on Friday afternoon to ensure that the classrooms are reset precisely as they were found.

  • Turn in worker vest as needed
