ITINERARY

• 3:45pm

  • Fill water jugs at Water Monster outside the bus loop doors

• 4:00pm  Renegade Regiment Rehearsal in stadium

  • winds/percussion wear:

    • black Union Bands member shirt

    • red member shorts 

  • Non-comp students who ride the bus after school from the UFA will sit and observe the RRehearsal in the stadium; not allowed to be inside the school building unsupervised unless doing a uniform fitting.

• 5:00pm  All Members Report [RR students + Non-Competitive Students]

  • Meal served for all students 

    • MENU: Chuey’s Taco Bar

  • Student seating at outdoor tables, and in bus loop lobby

• 5:30pm Dress into Uniform

  • Dress locations vary by section, TBA

• 6:00pm Refill water jug

• 6:15pm Team Meeting in BR1, with instruments

• 6:25pm (approx): Move in to stadium bleachers

  • Brasses enter stadium via Vom-4, right turn, Aisle J/K

  • Woodwinds, Guard and Percussion enter stadium via field level stairs and Aisle K/L

• 6:30pm (approx): Observe Jenks HS Band pregame performance

• 7:05pm  Kick-Off: GO UNION!

• Game-Time procedures:

  • Maintain appropriate social distance and masking protocols

  • Maintain seating in designated position (white dots)

  • No gum chewing or eating

  • No concessions purchases allowed

  • Cheer enthusiastically but not obnoxiously

  • Bathroom visits

    • (once per student) are allowed during 2nd Quarter, Halftime, and 3rd quarter.

    • Student may not leave the bleachers alone; must have a buddy for the restroom break.

    • Must use Aisle K/L

• 8:00pm RR Warmup in designated locations

• 8:15pm (Approx) Renegade Regiment Halftime Performance 

• Post-Game: approx. 10:00pm 

  • Alma Mater performed. Closing announcements, dismissal.

  • Exit Bleachers

    • Brasses exit stadium via aisle J/K

    • Woodwinds, Guard & Percussion via aisle K/L

  • Stow equipment

  • Clean band rooms

  • All students must be picked up from campus or have departed campus by 10:30pm

    • Parent drivers picking up student riders: please plan to pick-up at the North drive-up, via the traffic signal at 66th & Mingo.

  • Express an attitude of gratitude to Adult Volunteers and Section Leaders for all their hard work to ensure a great experience for the students tonight.
