SAT APR 12: FINALS

• 6:15am Latest Wake Time

  • Breakfast in lobby (or pre-bagged if semis performance time is too early)

  • Shower

  • Dress into costume

  • PACK: and BRING

    • Costume garment bag + hangers

    • rehearsal clothes/shoes and other clothes desired for lunch/mall

  • Check out of hotel / Room checks

• 7:00am Load luggage onto bus

• 7:30am Depart hotel

• Finals Performance Site: University of Dayton - UD Arena

  • 8:00am Arrive at site

  • 8:05am Lot “D”: Unload trucks + tune & Warm Up

    • Hot-Hands Provided! 🔥

    • If using Tent: 9:22-9:42am in Tent ‘A’

  • 9:35am Warm-up concludes. Transit to top of tunnel ramp.

  • 9:45am Arrive tunnel ramp

  • 10:00am FINALS PERFORMANCE ✈ ✈ ✈

  • 10:10am Return Equipment to Trucks, load

    • 11:10am Deadline for trucks move out of lot

• 10:45am Dress out of costume at bus

• 11:15am Bus departs to lunch location

• 11:30am Arrive Lunch location. Drop-off Address: 105 Jasper St, Dayton, OH

  • Cash distribution; $15

• 1:15pm return to UD lot

• 1:45pm Dress into costume at bus

• 2:45pm Open Class Awards Ceremony

• 4:00pm Dress out of costume @ bus. Stow costume in luggage or bag.

• ATTEND WORLD CLASS FINALS

  • 5:00pm Attend lots & performances

  • DINNER: Visa Gift Card to use at Stadium Concessions

  • 11:15pm Load bus in northeast lot

  • 11:30pm Depart for Tulsa

SUN APR 13: TRAVEL HOME

• Driver stops as needed

• TIMEZONE CHANGE TO C.D.T. -1 hr.

• Time TBA Breakfast Stop: Buccee’s, Springfield MO (cash distribution)

• Approx 12:00pm Arrive Union H.S.
