FRIDAY 3/24
***Students: bring luggage and everything needed for the trip to school on Friday morning. Luggage will be stored in a secure place during school hours.***
- 10:00am Load box truck 
- 4:00pm Load charter bus 
- 4:15pm Depart UHS (snack served) 
- 7:30pm Dinner stop in Ardmore, OK (cash distribution) 
- 8:30pm Depart from dinner 
- 10:45pm Arrive at hotel & check-in - Holiday Inn Express | Burleson, TX 
 
- 11:30pm Room checks / lights out 
SATURDAY 3/25

- 8:30am Breakfast @ hotel lobby 
- 9:300am Check out of hotel + load luggage onto bus 
- 9:45am Depart for WGI Event Site - Burleson Centennial H.S. (201 S Hurst Rd, Burleson, TX 76028) 
 
- 10:00am Arrive at event site. Parking of bus and trucks situated. 
- Prelims Process - 10:15am Unload trucks - move props & floor to aux gym 
 
- 10:45am Dress into costume 
- 11:15am Groups 
- 11:40am Move to warmup 
- 12:05pm Official warmup start time 
- 12:15pm Ensemble warmup run-thru 
- 12:25pm Push to gate 
- 12:40pm Perform in WGI Regional Prelims 
- 12:50pm Push to trucks / stow gear / dress out of costume 
 
- 1:30pm Lunch (Firehouse Subs catering) 
- 2:30pm Watch other groups perform 
- 6:00pm Dinner (Golden Chick catering) 
- Finals Process - TBA Dress into costume

- Comfortable shoes / flip-flops / slides / Berks etc. for bus rides and other down-time 
- Backpack / duffle / sling bag

- DVDs (G, PG, PG-13 ratings only)
