11:30am Arrive at Lucas Oil Stadium: Brief Arena Overview, watch a couple of bands.
BACKPACKS cannot be brought into the stadium!
12:30pm Load buses and depart for Lunch Rehearsal

2:15pm Arrive at Grand Park facility: UNLOAD for REHEARSAL

Parents who wish to check their child out must email travel@unionbands.com ahead of time. After the student is out of uniform and all responsibilities have been fulfilled, please check the student out with their director and sign them off of the bus roster with their appointed bus captain.
