ITINERARY
5:00pm Band Building unlocked
5:30pm Dress into Costume for Head-Shots
HEAD SHOTS PHOTOGRAPHY BEGIN in BR1
Then dress out of costume and into casual Union colors / attire (see above)
6:25pm Team Meeting in BR1 with instruments.
6:40pm (approx): Move in to stadium bleachers
Brasses enter stadium via Vom-4, right turn, Aisle J/K
Woodwinds, Guard and Percussion enter stadium via field level stairs and Aisle K/L
Observe Pregame activities
6:54pm GBRO & Fight Song with Sprit Squads
7:05pm Kick-Off: GO UNION!
End of 1st Quarter: GBRO with Spirit Squads
Game-Time Procedures
Maintain seating in designated position (white dots)
No gum chewing or eating
No sharing of instruments
No concessions purchases allowed
Cheer enthusiastically but not obnoxiously
Bathroom visits
(once per student) are allowed during 2nd Quarter, Halftime, and 3rd quarter.
Student may not leave the bleachers alone; must have a buddy for the restroom break.
Must use Aisle F/G
Post-Game: (approx. 10:00pm)
Alma Mater performed. Closing announcements, dismissal.
