Parents who wish to check their child out must email president@unionbands.com ahead of time. After the student is out of uniform and all responsibilities have been fulfilled, please check the student out with their director and sign them off of the bus roster with their appointed bus captain.

Instruments except sousaphones, battery percussion, front ensemble percussion, and audio will be unloaded from buses then stowed in band lockers as usual
7:00pm approx Loading Crew and Front Ensemble Members will report back to campus for unloading of trucks. Others are welcome and encouraged to attend and help but not required.

STUDENTS: If planning to park your vehicle on campus throughout the duration of the trip, please park in the UHS South (student) parking lot, assuming that a Union Parking Permit is affixed.
PARENTS / ADULTS / PART-TIME STAFF: If planning to park your vehicle on campus throughout the duration of the trip, please park in the UHS/UCA parking lot on the northeast corner of the campus [MAP]. Do not park in the spots designated as ‘UNITED WAY.’
