winds/percussion members wear:
Union Bands member black shirt
member red shorts
band black shoes + long black socks
guard wear:
Red tank, black leggings, black jazz shoes, black gloves.
5:00pm All Members Report [RR students + Non-Competitive Students]
Meal served for all students
Catering by OLIVETO
MENU: spaghetti and meatballs, chicken alfredo, choice of garden or caesar salad, breadsticks, and dessert.
Student seating at outdoor tables, and in bus loop lobby
5:15pm QR Code Attendance Check-In opens (signage in band building). Closes at 6:45pm
6:05pm Team Meeting in BR1, with instruments
6:30pm (approx): Move in to stadium bleachers
Brasses enter stadium via Vom-4, right turn, Aisle J/K
Woodwinds, Guard and Percussion enter stadium via field level stairs and Aisle K/L
7:05pm Kick-Off: GO UNION!
Game-Time procedures:
Maintain seating in designated positions and rows
No gum chewing or eating
No concessions purchases allowed
Cheer enthusiastically but not obnoxiously
Bathroom visits
(once per student) are allowed during 2nd Quarter, Halftime, and 3rd quarter.
Student may not leave the bleachers alone; must have a buddy for the restroom break.
Must use Aisle K/L
8:00pm RR Warmup in designated locations
8:15pm (Approx) Renegade Regiment Halftime Performance
Post-Game: approx. 10:00pm
Alma Mater performed.
Closing announcements, dismissal.

All students must be picked up from campus or have departed campus by 10:30pm
Parent drivers picking up student riders: please plan to pick-up at the North drive-up, via the traffic signal at 66th & Mingo.
