Help your student brainstorm and reach out to adults in their lie that would be potential supporters.
Share on social media and encourage friends to SHARE.
Consider sending out-of-town relatives a personal email or flyer with a handwritten letter from your student.
STUDENTS
Make a list of 10-20 people to ask: Grandparents, Neighbors, Family Friends and other Family Members.
Use specific amounts when asking:
“Could you cover a week of my expenses for $75?
“Would you be able to help sponsor me for a month for $275?”
“Can you help me out with a one-day sponsorship for only $10?”
BE ENTHUSIASTIC!

This is a year round fundraiser. Electronic gifts cards can be purchased at any time with RaiseRight Online Payment. Physical Gift cards are ordered by announcement. Right click on the image to the right to download and share via Social Media to get your friends and family members to shop while earning funds for your student’s account!

Follow these steps to set up Online Payments through RaiseRight’s secure site.

For families with more than one student: to change which student account is credited for funds earned, in the Raise Right account navigate to the Settings tab, then click on Personal Information. From here select which student’s account will be credited with the Raise Right funds earned.

Collect money:
Family and friends can send you money for their products however they like (cash, check, Cash App, Venmo, etc)
Keep track of the funds you receive and how much your customers give you.
On Monday, September 14th, submit CASH OR CHECK ONLY to the Fundraising Team for the total amount of your sales.
Submit your order:
Using your order list, add up the total quantities of each product sold.
Submit your totals sold through our online form BY MIDNIGHT on SEPTEMBER 13: ONLINE ORDER SUBMISSION
Please do NOT submit more than one form. Email fundraising@unionbands.com if you need to edit a submitted form.
We are only able to collect CASH OR CHECK for fundraising sales.
Turn in money:
Sales money is Due on September 14th at the High School Band Building from 5:45pm - 6:45pm
CASH OR CHECK ONLY: Checks must be made out to UBPC and the student’s full name and grade in the memo line.
You must ATTEND THE FUNDRAISING COLLECTION EVENT on September 14th to hand in your sales money!
Delivery is anticipated the week of September 21st.
We will notify you via the BAND APP when delivered to the school. Be sure you have joined!
You MUST be able to pick up your order the day of delivery - this could be a weekday afternoon. We will let you know as soon as we know the day and time.
Profit is calculated by subtracting the wholesale cost of items ordered plus sales tax (what B&G charges UBPC) from the total sale price for each student.
ESTIMATED PROFIT PER ITEM:
Sausage: $2.50 per roll
Bacon: $4.25 per pack
Chicken: $4.25 per bag

WHAT IS A STUDENT SHOUT OUT? A short, personalized message in the annual Renegade Review souvenir program celebrating your student! Add a photo and a few words of encouragement, congratulations, or support for your favorite Union Band student.
*This is a general Union Bands Fundraiser with proceeds going back to help lower student fees.
Renegade Regiment students have the exciting opportunity each year to earn credit toward their individual student band accounts by selling advertisements in the official Renegade Review souvenir program. Students and families may contact local businesses, employers, service providers, restaurants, and community organizations to invite them to advertise with us.

Our souvenir programs are printed on full-color, high-quality glossy paper and assembled with the professional “perfect binding” style. We average approximately 55-60 front and back pages.

This is more than a request for a donation. Businesses receive meaningful promotional exposure before and during one of the region’s biggest marching band events while helping a Union Bands student offset their cost of participating in the program.
IDENTIFY POTENTIAL ADVERTISERS
Think of businesses your family already knows or supports, including employers, restaurants, medical and dental offices, real estate and mortgage professionals, salons, retail stores, contractors, insurance agencies, auto dealerships, and other community businesses.
SHARE THE ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITY
Explain Renegade Review’s regional reach, expected attendance, advertising benefits, and the business’s opportunity to support local students.
HELP THE BUSINESS SELECT AND ADVERTISEMENT
Provide the available advertisement sizes, prices, benefits, artwork requirements, and submission deadline.
DIRECT THE BUSINESS OWNER TO THE SUBMISSION FORM
Share the QR Code/Flyer or the weblink to the Advertisement Form. The student’s name must be included with the order so the sale can be credited correctly.
EARN MONEY TOWARD STUDENT ACCOUNT
Once the advertisement purchase is completed, 50% of the advertisement price is credited to the student’s band account.
