Standard concert black performance attire will be worn throughout the event.

• Tux Jacket + Pants + long-sleeve/button/collared black dress shirt + black dress shoes + long black socks

• Black Blouse + Palazzo Pants, black shoes

STUDENT ITINERARY

• Freshmen Shuttle Bus: 1:15pm from UFA. Bus # TBA.

• 1:45pm Call time / rehearsal

  • Concert Attire

  • Instrument

  • Folder

• 1:55pm load bus

• 2:05pm Bus departure

• 4:00pm Arrive contest site: PC North H.S.

  • Dress into concert uniform

  • Stow instrument cases in storage area

• 4:30pm Standing-by for Warm-Up / transition into warm up

• 4:45pm Warm-Up Begins

• Transition to Stage

• 5:15pm Union Wind Ensemble Performance in PCNHS Auditorium 

• Transition to Sightreading Room Immediately Following Performance

• 5:45pm Sightreading contest

• 6:15pm Gather instruments and load bus

• 6:30pm Depart PCNHS campus

• 6:45pm Quick Stop in OKC for food (bring your own or bring $)

• 7:15pm Depart food stop

• 9:00pm Arrive UHS

  • Unload

  • Dismissal

OTHER INFO & EXPECTATIONS

• Quiet when going to the warm-up, concert, & clinic venues

• Clearly mark/label instrument cases and other equipment (percussion)
