STUDENT ITINERARY 

  • PRE-EVENT

    • Winds/Perc attire: Red Shorts + Black Big-U/RR Shirt + Regiment Hoodie

    • 8:30am Band building unlocked

    • 9:00am  Call time for front ensemble & loading crew students

      • Load trucks

      • Guys/Gals Loading Crew Students’ instruments load onto truck

    • 9:30am  Call time for all other students

      • Drumline students load truck

      • Trumpets, Saxes, Bass Clarinets, Mellos, Baritones, Clarinets, Flutes load under/on Buses

    • EVENT: PRELIMS

    • 11:00am Lunch Served - Catered by Marshal Family Catering

      • MENU: Chicken Nuggets, Mashed Potatoes, Mac and Cheese, Green Beans and Cookies.

      • Catering Service: Marshall Family Food Truck

    • 11:30am Dress Into Uniform - Start Loading Buses

    • 11:45am Depart Union High School

    • 12:15pm  Arrive at Broken Arrow Highschool

    • 12:30pm  Unload Truck

    • 1:40pm Pit Walk to Warmup

    • 1:55pm  Pit Prelims WarmUp (Zone ‘B’)

    • 12:45pm  Winds / Battery / Guard Walk to Prelims WarmUp

    • 2:10pm  Winds / Battery / Guard Prelims WarmUp (Zone ‘B’)

    • 2:40pm  Pit leave WarmUp

    • 2:55pm  Winds / Battery / Guard leave WarmUp

    • 2:55pm  Pit arrive at gate

SPECTATORS INFORMATION


PARKING

A FREE shuttle will be offered from the Broken Arrow FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH Parking Lot located at 100 W ALBANY ST - Near the intersection of Albany (61st St) and Elm St (161st E Ave).  This FREE shuttle will operate from 1:00pm – event completion (times adjusted from original mail out due to weather).  Additional Parking is available at Vanguard Academy (East of the Stadium) and at the Creekwood Elementary & ECC Schools (West of the Stadium).  Patrons parking in these locations will walk to the stadium.
