2011 Union Guy Rifles

This group of young men was formed to enhance the 2011 marching band production of JUXTAPOSITION. The guys began training on rifle last February, meeting once a week after school. Rehearsals continued through the summer, leading up to the start of school. The addition of this group to the marching band show earned great reviews by judges and fans at all 2011 performances. The season highlight was the boisterous standing ovation following the bands performance at the 2011 Grand National Championship finals event.
Membership:
Training for new members will be held every Friday from 4-5:30 in the HS Spirit Room. Bus transportation is available from the 8th Grade & I-High campuses. Enter HS via the South Commons door at the HS. Go down elevator, turn R, 2nd door on R. Call or email to find out specifics.
Performance opportunities include performing with the Union HS marching band during 1st semester, and performing with the winter guards/winter percussion ensemble during 2nd semester.
