Join the Union Bands in a once in a lifetime experience as students visit and perform in historic Washington D.C. The monuments and museaums will be sure to make an impact; it will be a great way to enrich each student's civic and cultural education!  More details available here.

The trip fee for High School Band Students in quad-occupancy lodging is $1,600. Additional family members are welcome to travel with the band for this trip and the cost per traveler is determind by desired lodging occupancy. Any student or travel party member that falls behind on the payment schedule and / or is not paid in full by Febraury 15, 2019 will not be allowed to go on this trip. Student Concert Band Fees and Renegade Regiment Fees (if applicable) must be paid in order to attend.

Wed, March 27         
Depart Tulsa after school, travel through the night
Thurs, March 28       
Continue travel, arrive Washington D.C., check in to hotel. Night monuments tour pending DOT driver restrictions
Fri, March 29             
Washington D.C. area sightseeing (see list below)
Sat, March 30             
Washington D.C. area sightseeing (see list below)
Sun, March 31           
Washington D.C. area sightseeing (see list below). Performance at major memorial monument (i.e. The Lincoln Memorial, The World War Two Memorial, pending U.S. Parks Service scheduling)
Mon, April, 1               
Check out of hotel. Washington D.C. area sightseeing. Potomac River Dinner Cruise. Depart for Tulsa, traveling through the night
Tues, April 2               
Continue travel, arriving in Tulsa in the evening.
